Bring us your inspiration and we will help turn it into a plan that fits your style, your budget, and your land. We start by shaping your ideas into a clear direction, then create a rough estimate based on the square footage and the level of finishes you want in your home. If you feel we are the right builder for your project, we will move forward together to finalize your plans and provide a detailed estimate.
3. Contract & Schedule
A pricing policy built on honesty and trust.
We prepare a fully transparent, line‑by‑line estimate based on your plans and your answers to our pre‑build checklist of features and finishes. Our pricing is always actual cost‑plus, which means you only pay for the actual amount of the work. No hidden fees. No inflated numbers. No surprises. 4. Plans & Permits
Finalize drawings and secure approvals.
